Usher's Stepson Dead: 11-Year-Old Kile Glover Dies After Jet Ski Accident

Usher's 11-year-old stepson, Kile Glover, has died following a jet ski accident earlier this month, TMZ reports.

Glover was declared brain dead soon after the July 7 incident, which took place in Lake Lanier, Georgia, and after determining that the boy's injuries were too severe to warrant further treatment, doctors removed him from life support.

Usher's ex-wife, Tameka Foster, reportedly wrestled hard with the decision, and she's said to be "devastated" by the death of her son.

While the accident remains under investigation, reports suggest a family friend lost control of his jet ski and smashed into Glover, who had been riding in an inner tube. The boy was pulled unresponsive from the water and transported to an Atlanta hospital, where both Usher and Foster rushed to his bedside.

I think it is extremely distasteful to have Usher's advertising not even a fingertip away from the horrific story of his ex-wife's son passing. REALLY NEEDS TO REMOVE IT UNDER CIRCUMSTANCES.

So, So sad any death is heartbreaking,however a child's is devastating. May he now find peace, and the family get FAR FAR passed all the drama, that let up to their child's death.

what drama that led up to it,it was an accident on a lake there was no drama which led to it..this was not even his child and was his ex's I think there was little drama and all behaved in a loving caring supportive manor..my best to the family and friends who are now in so much pain..

I AM SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT THE TRAGIC ACCIDENT USHER STEPSON. WHO WOULD LET A 11 YEAR OLD RIDE WATER SKIING. WHERE WAS THE MOTHER TO LEAVE A CHILD WITH A IRRESPONSIBLE PERSON. SO SAD.

People like you are irritating. Judging, and blaming, and you know nothing except for what you "heard", as you obviously did not read. Feigning sorrow, when all you are doing is being critical.People are hurting, your words hurt further. A child has left this world, period. Believe me, his mother will blame herself over and over again, and does not need the world pouring salt into her wounds, nor judging her. Do you think she woke up and said, "Today I will let my son go with one of my irresponsible friends/family members?" Do you think the person riding the Jet Ski planned to loose control and run over this child? It's called an accident! Unintentional, and not planned. This family needs prayers, all involved. The child was not "Ride Water Skiing", as you stated, whatever that means. It shows you did not even read the news article, the boy was on an inner tube! Lord forbid should you be employed by CNN.
