Katherine Jackson Guardianship of Grandchildren Suspended, Tito Jackson's Son Assumes Care

LOS ANGELES (AP) - A judge appointed Tito Jackson's son Wednesday as a temporary guardian of Michael Jackson's children.

In addition, the judge temporarily suspended Katherine Jackson as the children's guardian because she is in Arizona and hadn't spoken with them in several days.

TJ Jackson appeared in court and sought the temporary appointment, but his attorney said he wasn't trying to replace Katherine Jackson permanently.

TJ Jackson said he spoke with Katherine Jackson on Tuesday, but she sounded strange. He says she was using words he had never heard her use and her voice at times sounded slurred.

The appointment came after days of turmoil among the Jackson family, with a relative reporting Katherine Jackson missing before she was located safely with other family members in Arizona.

Katherine Jackson is the court-appointed guardian of her son Michael's three children, Prince, Paris and Blanket. The children have remained at the home they share with their grandmother in Calabasas.

The house was the scene of a family disturbance Monday that sheriff's deputies continue to investigate.

Micheal wanted his mother as guardian of his kids. And it stay that way. Every one know Micheal would not want this. Its been 3 years and Micheal is still not resting. Leave those kids along. We know its about money.

This is just about the sickest, most disfunctionality I've ever read about. I, myself, come from a dysfunctional family, and I'm betting that more than 75% of this human family come from the same thing. This just about tops it all.
Children are supposed to be loved, protected, warmed, led, instructed, comforted. amd educated.
What happened here? This is a sin, a felony, a disaster, a heartache.
I am a nobody who can do nothing for these children, but if I were in a position to resolve this, I would. I'd take these poor, irrosulte babes and hide them from the world and let them grow up in some kind of nest of love and let them live their dreams, their father's idea of happiness, which he never realized. I hope they do.

It is so SHAMEFUL that ANY of the Jackson brothers/sisters would try to get control of Michael's will/estate when that money is earmarked for Michael's children... if the brothers/sisters need money - they them work and earn it like all the rest of us...instead of stealing it from children. Such a disgraceful shame.

which kid was it that was mad because katharine wouldnt give him the money for his back child support, i thought that was tito, and his son has guardian ship now, They need an attorney or someone to watch the money and account for every nickel spent, and that the money spnt is used for the kids. Maybe they need to be returned toi their mother, tired of the Jacksons using Michael even in death. he only one that seems to look out for them is Janet, and why if kaharine cant tend to them now, why didnt they suggest Diana Ross, since Michael also had her named to tend to his children.

They need to find these kids mothers and investigate to see of they are able to take care of their own children. Hopefully they can be kept together. Paris needs her REAL mother right now. Too bad Micheal died the way he did....this whole thing is terrible.
