Tamia re-recorded the Jermaine Dupri-produced song, originally featured on her third LP, More, in Nashville, with several musicians in the country scene along with songwriter Claude Kelly. The latter serves as co-executive producer of Beautiful Surprise.
Beautiful Surprise is due Aug. 28. Producers the Runners, Salaam Remi and J. Phoenix are expected to contribute tracks to the project.
