Bobbi Kristina's New Diamond Ring Sparks Engagement Rumors

Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown and her boyfriend Nick Gordon deny a batch of fresh engagement rumors, despite the diamond ring the late singer's offspring is flaunting on her hand.

Taking to Twitter on Monday (Aug. 27), Bobbi Kristina's boyfriend tweeted a photo of the bejeweled ring on his girlfriend's ring finger. Gordon was taken in by Houston when he was 12 and the "I Will I Always Love You" performer raised him like her son. Recently, a relationship between Bobbi and Gordon went from sibling-like to lovers.


An earlier rumor back in March began when Whitney's daughter was wearing a diamond band on her ring finger after recently going public with her romantic relationship with Nick. Apparently, Bobbi Kristina was only wearing the ring in memory of her mother, which belonged to the pop and R&B legend.

As before, a spokesperson for Brown has completely denied the rumors that the young couple are engaged. Their tweets also deny it, but only time will tell.

Bobbi Kristina, I pray that one day soon you will know how wonderful and loving and kind and God fearing your mother was, but the world would not let her live down here, so God called her back home, but please don't disrespect what she really repersented, and that was that she was and truly was/is a child of GOD.

I don't buy it's an engagement ring. She would have something more original, not a knock off of Princess Diana's. That is a cocktail ring.

All this crap coverage of Bobbi Kristina being engaged, but the spoiled kid can't even find the time to put a grave stone on her mother's grave!!!! Shame on all the Houston family----they are still cashing in and living off of Whitney's fame but they can't put a memorial on her grave!!!!!!

Greg - I dont know if you have ever buried anyone, but if you have, you should know that it can take well over a year to get a headstone made. Criticize something that you know about. This is evidently somthing that is completely foreign to your stupid head!

A year for a headstone? Where do you live? 7 to 10 days for something standard and not custom made. Custom made sometimes take 30 to 45 days.

Since Nick and Bobbie were never related by blood or a gene pool, he is not her brother nor she his sister. Therefore, no place for incest. Just because a family takes you in and you grow up with them, it makes you a closer person to immediate family, but there is no SIN here. Perhaps, it is a good thing for them because they have first knowledge of who exactly they are dealing with and perhaps if they do get married, they have a better chance at have a successful marriage!
