Chris Brown scored a moonman at the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards Thursday night, taking the stage in a dapper-looking suit. The R&B crooner won the award for Best Male Video, beating out four other entertainers.

Thanking his fans for their support, Brown was elated when his "Turn Up the Music" video bested Justin Bieber's "Boyfriend," Frank Ocean's "Swim Good," Drake's "Take Care" and Usher's "Climax."

"Turn Up the Music" was directed by Godfrey Taberez and Brown. The song appears on the entertainer's fifth studio album, Fortune.
