Capone of Capone-N-Noreaga was arrested in his New Jersey home Wednesday (Sept. 5), on charges of evading child support. He reportedly owes $160,000 to the mother of his 12-year-old daughter. Prosecutors say he made three total payments in eight years, totaling $144. He hasn't paid since 2004. [NYPost]
