Governor 'Stand Up' Video: G-Note Singer Elicits Support for President Obama

G-Note

Governor, a singer who is signed to G-Unit's G-Note Records, has recorded a song, "Stand Up," in support of President Obama's 2012 campaign.

While the song paints a portrait of a conversation between a Democrat and his Republican neighbor, the video collects emotional footage of President Obama and his supporters, the troops and various other images meant to inspire support for the campaign.

"I woke up this morning, feenin' for today/ Got one more chance to make you see my way," Governor sings. "Now I won't fight you, I'd rather hustle in the rain/ And turn these lemons in to the sweet taste of lemonade."

Governor is currently working on his G-Note debut, due in stores in 2013.
