BET Hip Hop Awards 2012 Winners

The 2012 BET Hip-Hop Awards have finally arrived. After a cloud of violence hung over the taping in Atlanta on Sept. 29, the show moved forward to celebrate the genre and its stars.

The BoomBox was there to witness many of the award winners give poignant speeches and artists perform touching tributes to fallen friends.
