Whitney Houston Grammy Tribute Concert: Jennifer Hudson, Usher Salute Fallen Icon

Last night, a special show paying tribute to Whitney Houston was taped at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles. Jennifer Hudson, Usher, Halle Berry and Britney Spears were among those present to perform and commemorate the singer's life at the event, entitled "We Will Always Love You: A Grammy Salute to Whitney Houston."

Hudson paid tribute to Houston earlier this year, after the singer's sudden death on the night prior to the Grammy Awards, and she took the stage again last night (Oct. 12). She performed a three-song medley of "I'm Every Woman," "How Will I Know" and "I Wanna Dance With Somebody." Her '80s Whitney-inspired look was a highlight of the evening.

I was unable to see the performance tonight. I was wondering if there was a way to view it via internet or purchase a dvd. I am a very big fan. Thank you.

I appreciated Hudson’s performance at the Grammy Whitney Tribute, I thought she did wonderfully, she did this medley a lot of justice. I especially loved her 80’s inspired look. It was also great to see Usher, Halle Berry and Britney Spears in attendance. I’m glad I watched, thanks to the suggestion of my DISH coworker. I recorded it on my Hopper. When I played back this recording I was able to start watching on my living room TV and then continue watching on any TV in my house, right where I left off. I love moving around from room to room and watching with no interruption.
