After turning himself into Miami-Dade police earlier this week, Gunplay was charged with armed robbery. He also faces a second charge of aggravated assault with a firearm.
According to Gunplay's attorney, he could face life in prison if convicted on both charges.

Earlier this month, Gunplay was also involved in a fight with 50 Cent after the 2012 BET Hip Hop Awards.
