Sevyn Streeter 'I Like It:' Award-Winning Singer-Songwriter Releases Debut Single

Already a prolific songwriter, Sevyn Streeter is set to release her singing debut via Atlantic Records. After working with the likes of Timbaland, Alicia Keys, Brandy, Chris Brown and many others, Streeter has struck out on a solo career.

Sevyn co-wrote singles for both Kelly Rowland and Mary J. Blige in 2011, but it was her collaboration with Chris Brown on F.A.M.E. that earned her two ASCAP awards for "Wet the Bed" and "Yeah 3X."

More recently, Sevyn teamed Alicia Keys to help write the Swizz Beatz-produced song "New Day" for Alicia Keys' latest record Girl On Fire.

The release of "I Like It" marks the first single from Streeter and if this song is a taste of things to come, the singer's own album will be as successful as her previous efforts.
