The Atlanta rapper, who has been involved in several high profile shootings over the past several years, was stopped at a car audio store in Charlotte, when three men approached his tour bus unannounced, and were fired upon by Flocka's security crew.
Although police initially charged victim Antonio Stukes, who was shot in the shoulder, with attempted robbery, the charges were dropped after it was decided he was simply trying to give Flocka a copy of his demo.
Mizay Entertainment, the company owned by Waka's mother, Deb Antney, is required to pay $501,000 in damages.
"The jury came down in our favor and really hit them hard," said Stukes' lawyer. "The facts that were in the evidence showed they essentially shot at my client without provocation."
Despite winning the judgement, Stukes is currently in jail for an unrelated Charlotte robbery.
