Drake, 'Stay Schemin' Diss: MC Apologized to Kobe and Vanessa Bryant

Drake dropped some lyrics on "Stay Schemin'" that had Vanessa Bryant seething. When the song came out on Rick Ross' Rich Forever mixtape, Drake's feature verse referenced the divorce proceedings between Kobe Bryant and his wife Vanessa in a very unflattering light.

The track, which addresses schemers, paints Mrs. Bryant as the bad guy: "Kobe 'bout to lose a hundred fifty M's/ Kobe my n---- I hate it had to be him/ Bitch you wasn't with me shooting in the gym" Drake rapped.

While Drake is defending Kobe, the two are apparently not friends in reality, so Vanessa found the comments even more distrubing. Bossip reports that she finally spoke out on her frustration with the lines, including a mini-rant about it on Instagram.

"I love when immature kids quote a rapper that has never been friends with Kobe and knows nothing about our relationship," she wrote. "Just shows how gullible they are. I don't need to be in the gym. I'm raising our daughters, signing checks and taking care of everything else that pertains to our home life.

"Since my husband isn't friends with Drake, we received a text of an apology forwarded from his manager. It's done and over with and it's now time for people to THINK before speaking."

Kobe and Vanessa are currently still married.

And the checks she's signing are hs (Kobe's) as for raising our kids things your suppose to there your kids and trust and believe she has nanny's doing that for her.

If I was Drake I wouldn't be apologizing because what he said was all true.
