Former Fader Deputy Editor Amber Bravo pens an expansive profile of Beyonce's younger -- and often overlooked -- sister.

In the piece, the singer details her early struggles with being a performer, how her life changed after having her child and what made her spurn the 'industry' for the fringes of boho cool.
