MC Lyte, an MC who's gone on to have a second career in media -- she hosts Cafe Mocha on 107.5 WBLS in New York City -- was a guest on CNN Wednesday (Feb. 13), and discussed how the level of sympathy and support Chris Dorner had received through social media channels.
"[It's] extreme to take another's life," Lyte said. "[But] it's an uproar, because people are being brutalized. We're seeing kids die at the hands of police brutality. It's good to hear what these people have to say."
