Rick Ross, Gang Threats: Rapper Has NYPD Guarding Him Around the Clock

Following his attempted shooting last month, TMZ reports that Rick Ross has NYPD guards posted outside his hotel 'round-the-clock. The rapper has reportedly received new threats against his life and isn't taking any risks.

The online tabloid posted pictures of a NYPD officer posted outside the London Hotel, where Ross is said to be saying.

We previously reported that Ross hired guards to watch his back 24/7, but having the public's tax dollars go toward the hip-hop mogul's personal protection seems to be a bit much -- especially if 50 Cent was right.
