"Thanks to Cedar Sinai for everything!!!" Young Money President Mack Maine wrote on Twitter Monday night (March 18). "@LilTunechi has been officially been released and is headed home....God is great."
Sources close to the rapper -- potentially the same sources that leaked false information that he was dying -- told TMZ that Weezy was feeling better, but plans to 'lay low.'
Wayne was hospitalized and confined to an ICU last week after reportedly suffering a handful of uncontrollable seizures.

"It had nothing to do with drugs," he told Angie Martinez during an interview on Hot 97. "Just how hard he works."
