Johnny Nunez, WireImage Yikes ... maybe Beyonce should re-think walking through a crowd of over-zealous fans during her concerts. Queen B is currently on her Mrs. Carter World Tour, but her show took a turn for the worst during her April 15 concert in Belgrade, Serbia. There's video footage of the singer walking through the crowd with a bodyguard right behind her when all of a sudden, a fan reaches over the barricade and seems to slap Beyonce across the face. Another fan to seems to pull her hair as well. ...

Although Beyonce was fine after the ordeal and finished her concert like a pro, we hope Bey stays safe at her upcoming concerts!

Mark Davis, Getty Images Snoop Lion's 4/20 Festival was put out before he even had the chance to light up. According to TMZ, the rapper held a marijuana party at a Hollywood Hills mansion and it was shut down by police just as he was arriving to it. The party reportedly started yesterday at 11 a.m., but neighbors in the surrounding area complained to the police about "the noise levels and parking situation." TMZ reports that the party didn't have a permit either. ...

Cops arrived and shut the party down, but Snoop was reportedly very cooperative during the ordeal -- talking to the police and understanding why it was being shut down. The site says that nobody was cited at the party.

Before the celebration, Snoop seemed ready to party in a tweet he wrote. "Bout to be #Snoop420," he tweeted. "Who's celebratin' wit me. The happy holidays."

Snoop wasn't the only one looking forward to celebrating 4/20 -- Rihanna showed off an impressive marijuana leaf-shaped cake on her Instagram page.

Frazer Harrison, Getty Images Nate Dogg passed away in March 2011 from complications of multiple strokes, but that hasn't stopped his baby mama from saying that the rapper still owes him money. According to TMZ, Shereda Williams has filed a creditor's claim against Nate's estate, claiming that she's owed $339,924 in unpaid child support. The site reports that Nate was supposed to pay Shereda $4,358 a month after their child was born in 2006, but she says she didn't receive one single payment. ...

Now, Shereda says Nate's estate owes her the outstanding balance, including payments that have accumulated since his death.

But ThisIs50.com says it'll be difficult for Shereda to get the money, as Nate reportedly didn't leave behind much money or even have a will. Thus, his family asked for money to help cover the cost of his funeral.

Ethan Miller, Getty Images As more details emerge about the two suspects who reportedly bombed the Boston Marathon on April 15 -- including that one of them, 26-year-old Tamerlan Tsarnaev, was reportedly a hip-hop fan -- rapper T.I. has spoken out about the findings. TMZ reported on April 19 that Tamerlan was big into hip-hop and belonged to a hip-hop fan website, Real-hiphop.com. The site posts info and pictures about certain artists and upcoming DVD releases, and T.I. says he isn't pleased that pictures of him were used on the site. ...

T.I. tells TMZ that he has "no connection" to the hip-hop website and says he had no idea that his pictures were posted there. He also reportedly never even heard about the site.

More, T.I. expressed his anger over the fact that hip-hop is being associated with this tragedy.

"Hip-hop narrates the activity and conditions of our culture," he said. "It doesn't create them. Hip-hop ain't never been about hurting innocent people.

Of the Boston bombings, he tells TMZ it "was a horrible tragedy and my prayers go out to the families involved."

Tamerlan was killed during a shootout with police the early morning of April 19. His 19-year-old brother, Dzhokar Tsarnaev, also a bombing suspect, is currently in custody and hospitalized in serious condition.

Sour Patch Kids Fans have been patiently waiting for a sequel to 2001's hit movie "How High," and Method Man has one update on the project: Keep waiting. Or in other words, don't hold your breath. You see, "How High 2" has been getting the run-around since Redman first announced in 2008 that the crew was working on the sequel. After problems with Universal, (who reportedly own the rights to the first movie and character names) and other hold-ups, it seems that the project is still up in the air. ...

When asked by TMZ what was going on, Method responded, "Let me see...right now, my man Dustin Lee Abraham, who wrote the first one, [we're] currently waiting on him to write the second one. If it's good enough, we'll rush out the gate with it. But if it's sub par ..."

The reporter then asked why it's taken so long, and Method responded, "I've been working on it, that's why ... 6 years tomorrow."

Despite the constant hold-ups, Method said that he's not giving up on the movie, and he hopes fans aren't either, even suggesting that people start a petition so that the movie has more backing.

"Universal, you know, [they have to] get the stick up out their ass," he said. "There's a lot of people who want to see this movie. A matter of fact, you guys should start a petition who wants to see 'How High Part 2.' Once you start it, then we'll see where the big wig heads are at when it comes to Redman and Method Man."

Besides the movie, Method also gave another update for something else in his life -- his marijuana intake.

When TMZ asked him if he stills smokes, the rapper responded, "Yeah, oh yeah .. but this is what people gotta misconstrue. I hate when people see me the first thing they associate me with is weed. I have many more layers to me than just smoking marijuana."

Layers like, "The fact that I'm the hell of a MC, that can flow my ass off, you know what I mean. I got vast vocabulary. The first thing that comes out of people's mouths when I walk in the door is, 'He must be high,' which is not always the case."

The last update of the "High How" sequel came in 2011, when Method said the movie was going to come out in 2012.

Getty Images The drama between Drake and Chris Brown doesn't seem to be ending anytime soon. During an interview with East Village Radio on Friday (April 13), Drake addressed his on-going feud with Chris and vented about media coverage about it, according to MTV. "For any media outlet that listens to this interview, don't ask me shit about that man when I come up there," Drake told hip-hop journalist Elliott Wilson on his "Keep It Thoro" internet radio show, referring to Chris. "Leave that man alone and stop preying on his insecurities man." Drake then dissed Chris more as he spoke about his relationship with Rihanna, whom he dated after she broke up with Chris. ...

"His insecurities are the fact that I make better music than him, that I'm more popping than him and that at one point in life the woman that he loves fell into my lap," he said. "I did what a real n---a would do and treated her with respect. So she's not out there talking down on me."

Drake continued that he's done talking about Chris in the press, and expressed how annoying it is to answer questions about their feud.

"All them things combined create an individual that comes up to your radio station and is just gonna do dumb shit," he said. "It shouldn't be about tearing that man down. It shouldn't be about wanting to see me and him tear each other down. We have an issue and it's either gonna drag out or maybe in 10 years we'll laugh about it over drinks, just let us solve that shit."

He added, "I feel for him too. Every interview he does, they talk about me. It is what it is. I'm focused on this album and everything else that's going on. I'm not thinking about that man...or that girl. ... At the end of the day, we are just two guys and a girl. We are regular people, too. You shouldn't care that much."

How will Chris respond? Well, shortly after the interview aired, he tweeted "Lol," presumably in response to Drake's comments.

On March 29, it was revealed that Chris disses Drake on his "RIP" song.

Hip Hop DX Freeband Double D, a music executive who's worked with Future and Young Scooter, was reportedly gunned down on April 11 while driving on Atlanta's Interstate 20. According to GlobalGrind.com, witnesses saw numerous shots being fired from a white SUV at Double D's Maybach. The white SUV then fled the scene. ...

Double D was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital in critical condition with multiple gunshot wounds after an off-duty officer tried to assist him, but later died of his injuries.

No arrests have been made in the shooting.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the "Just the Way You Are" singer's siblings, Tiara, Tahiti, Presley and Jaime, have landed their own reality show on WE tv channel. The show will be titled "The Lylas," which is also the same name that the girls record and perform under. The show will center around them following in their brother's footsteps as they launch their own music career and work on their debut album. ...

Tiara, Tahiti, Presley will reportedly be moving from Hawaii to film eight episodes in Los Angeles, where Jaime currently lives.

While it's unclear if Bruno will also be featured on the show, his sisters have said in the past how protective he is of them. Jaime and Tiara explained to Philippine News, "He's our little brother, but he'll act like our father. He takes care of us."

The show is set it premiere this fall on Friday nights.

Noting that Diddy is a multi-millionaire (with a net worth of $580 million), some critics argued that the school shouldn't be covering Justin's education and that the money should go to a student who's more in need. Last June, when the complaints were reported, the school defended Justin's full scholarship and Justin himself responded to the issue on his Twitter page. ...

"Regardless what circumstances are, I put that work in!!!! PERIOD," one tweet read. "Regardless of what you do in life every1 is gonna have their own opinion. Stay focused, keep that tunnel vision & never 4get why u started."

In a new interview with E! News, Diddy said that the controversy over the scholarship didn't bother his family.

"I wasn't annoyed at all," he said. "I kind of welcomed it, because if he's going to be doing what he's doing, if he's going to be in the city of L.A., he has to be able to handle the pressure. I thought it was a great learning tool for him to be humble, handle it and go out there and prove himself on the field and prove himself at school."

Diddy also shared that his family is working on creating their own financial aid program to help students in the future.

"We'll be announcing our overall scholarship fund, so at the end of the day, it all works out for everybody," he explained.

Justin attended Iona Prep in New Rochelle, N.Y., where he played cornerback and quarterback for the football team and reportedly graduated with a 3.75 GPA.

Besides the cover art, a few of the song's lyrics (via TMZ) seem to be directed right at Kanye and Kim, who are expecting a baby together. Getty Images It seems wherever Chris Brown goes, he's asked about that 2009 incident involving Rihanna. This morning (April 1), he stopped by "The Today Show," where Matt Lauer asked him about the assault and what he's learned from it. ...

"For me, you know, I've been humbled by the whole experience," Chris says. "From me losing everything, you know, to me having to regain public opinion or whatever it is. But most importantly, you know, knowing that what I did was totally wrong and having to kind of deal with myself and kind of forgive myself in the same breath and being able to apologize to Rihanna and be that man that can be a man, you know?"

Chris explains that he and Rihanna have moved past that day.

"I think it's just me proving myself once again and also me just being a man, and knowing what I did was wrong and never doing it again," he shares. "As far as me and her concerned, she knows my heart and I know her heart. I'm not really focused on the negative, everything is positive for me. I did my 52 weeks of counseling and learned it was absolutely wrong."

Chris said that during counseling, he played the incident in his head, questioning what happened and why.

'It was domestic violence counseling," he recalls. "A 52 week program. Every Monday in Virginia, I remember going, sitting in there thinking, 'Why did I do what I did?' I really just wanted to get help."

When Lauer asked him if he could promise that won't ever happen again, Chris repeatedly told him "Absolutely."

Now, he says of their relationship, "Everything's good ... We're fine."

Besides Rihanna, Lauer also asked Chris about his recent fights with Frank Ocean and Drake, and if these incidents mean he's really changed for the better.

"For me, it's just a learning process," Chris responded. "You know, I have to just take it one day at a time. I can't make everybody like me."

Overall, Chris says he's not concentrating on the past, and instead looking to the future.

"I am moving forward, positively," he says. "I think for me it is about proving myself to my fans and for me my fans have been my number one support. The naysayers are going to have their opinion. Anything I do ... It's not going to be 'Chris is the greatest.' So I am not going to focus my life on pleasing those people. The only thing I can do is please my family, myself and please her [Rihanna] and my fans."

In a new interview with UK's The Sun, the 61-year-old talked about the business decision to not manage his daughter's career anymore, and the rift that's since developed between the two. "Normally I hate to talk about anything personal, but it would be a lie if I did not say it has been difficult," he tells the paper. "It was hard for me to let her go. It was hard for both of us to let each other go, and let's be clear on that. She didn't let me go; we both let each other go." ...

He continues, "This was not a normal ending of a business agreement. This was a dad and a daughter, and it was incredibly painful and it had some difficulties. But I try to always have a positive mind about things and you got to do it the right way."

Besides the problems between Mathew and Beyonce, other drama was also surrounding the family. The singer's mom, Tina Knowles, filed for divorce from Mathew in 2009, weeks after he was accused of fathering a child with another woman.

Regardless of the issues with her parents' marital problems, Beyonce told Oprah last month that she and her father were not seeing eye-to-eye on a lot of things before he stepped down as her manager.

"It took a while for me and my dad to have an understanding," she explained. "When I turned 18 and started handling my business more, he went into shock ... I'd say no to something, and he'd book it anyway ... We would fight sometimes, and it took about two years... for him to realize, 'Oh, she is an adult now, and if she doesn't wanna do something, I can't make her do it.'"

According to TMZ, the pair had previously struck a child support agreement where Future agreed to pay $1,162 a month for their 10-year-old son, with the understanding that his monthly income was $16,516. ...

But now Smith believes that Future lied to the judge about his net worth since in an interview that aired a few days after the agreement, he said he carries $25,000 at all times.

Moses Robinson, WireImage An arrest warrant for aggravated assault has reportedly been issued for Gucci Mane. According to WSBTV, a man named James, who happens to be in the Army and who served in Afghanistan, claims that on March 15, he approached Mane's security near the VIP section at Harlem Nights nightclub in Atlanta, asking if he could take a picture with the rapper. But the victim alleged that while asking security, Mane unexpectedly struck him with a bottle. ...

James recalled the incident, saying what he told security, "'I'm in the military. I wanted to get a picture with Gucci Mane, is it OK?' ... I was speaking to the security guard, and Gucci Mane hit me in the head with a bottle."

James said that wasn't all, saying that after he was hit by the bottle, Mane's friend also hit him. "And as I looked at him in the shock of why, one of his friends hit me in the side of my face," James told a WSBTV reporter.

James says he was taken by ambulance to Grady Memorial Hospital, where he required 10 stitches to close the wound on his scalp. He says he suffered a concussion and has been experiencing headaches since the incident.

The Atlanta police department confirmed that the warrant for Gucci's arrest has been issued and are waiting for the rapper to contact them.

The incident took place during the release party for Gucci's "Trap God 2" mixtape.

James says what happened was eye-opening.

"That is dangerous because if there was to be any other fan trying to approach him, ain't no telling what else he might do to them," James said. "He could have possibly killed me. I just hope and pray that I recover pretty well because I still want to serve my military career."

According to TMZ, the owners of the New York City nightclub, W.i.P, have filed legal papers against the singers, arguing they should be responsible for covering any damages awarded to NBA basketball player Tony Parker, who says he was innocently injured during last summer's fight. ...

Parker filed a $20 million suit for his injuries against executives at Entertainment Enterprises, Ltd., who own the club.

TMZ reports that Parker says the venue's bosses should have been aware of the "bad blood" between Drake and Brown and shouldn't have let them both into the bar at the same time.

But the bar owners at Entertainment Enterprises, Ltd. feel differently.

According to TMZ, they filed new documents last week alleging that Brown and Drake were the ones who "contributed to, instigated, participated and/or engaged" in the brawl, therefore they should be forced to pay for Parker's injuries.

This is not the only lawsuit stemming from the brawl. In February, it was revealed that both Brown and Drake are suing each other, both pointing the finger at the other as to who started the fight.

In November, the rapper told MTV he was prescribed seizure medication following two separate seizures that happened last year while he was aboard flights. Lil Wayne also assured fans that he was fine, sharing that he drinks four bottles of water each day as part of his treatment.

"I don't want y'all to think I'm on nothing, man," he said. "I'm on seizure medicine, man, that's all."

Twitter No Limit rapper Mr. Magic (real name Awood Johnson) was reportedly killed in a car accident in Hattiesburg, Miss. on Friday, March 1. He was 37 years old. According to the Times-Picayune, the New Orleans rapper and his wife, Chastity, were both killed in the crash. Their daughter, 12-year-old Twila Wise Johnson, survived the crash. His sister, Timisha Brooks, confirmed the news to the paper. ...

Mr. Magic released three albums for No Limit Records, and his 1998 record Sky's the Limit reached number 15 on the Billboard 200 Albums Chart. He then left the label and formed the Body Head Bangerz featuring Roy Jones Jr. In 2004, they released the single "I Smoke, I Drank."

Jones Jr. tweeted of the tragic news, "Just still feels unreal.......... But only God knows his plans. And he could have not taken my brother in any better company. God Bless both."

Mia X was scheduled to perform with him on Friday, and took out her sympathies on Twitter after hearing about the crash.

"I looked forward tp performing and laughing with you on friday but God chose you to be with him," Mia X tweeted via AllHipHop.com. "Chasity was the LOVE of your life so God decided that she should join you. I know yall are in a better place but all of us who loved yall are shocked and hurt."

Following the 2009 incident with Brown, Rihanna got a tattoo of a gun on her rib cage, and she was asked by the mag what that symbol meant to her.

"Everybody wanted to know what was happening in my life," she explains. "Is she a drug addict? No. Is she an alcoholic? No. Is she a victim? No. That's why I got the gun. It was a symbol of strength. I'll never be a victim."

Rihanna doesn't seem to be harping on the past. In the interview, she talks about her hopes for the future, including in the next five years.

"I will probably have a kid," she shares.

Earlier this week, Justin and Jay-Z announced their "Legends of Summer" stadium tour, but looks like Kanye isn't pleased with the artist Jay is working with. But JT wasn't the only complaint that the rapper had, as Yeezy went off on the Grammys and sponsorships during his 10-minute rant. ...

"I hate business people," he said. "People get on the phone with me and tell me, 'What kind of business can you do, though? What type of business are you doing? What's the numbers? How much did you sell? ... How much shampoo can you sell with your face on it and shit? Remind me again why we in this shit ... Since when [is] making music about getting rich? Since when [is] making art about getting rich?"

Kanye (who won three Grammy Awards this year, but didn't attend the show) then dissed the Grammys, saying, "Remind me again why we in this shit. Remind me again why the Grammys couldn't suck my dick."

The rant included a line about President Obama, when Kanye said, "I don't give a fuck what the president got to say."

Of sponsorships, Kanye said, "Can I sell a drink for you please? So you can help me put on a better show. Please corporations. Can you please support me? I swear I'm a nice ni--a now. I swear I'll put the pink polo back on. I swear to you ... Just for $3 million dollars. I need it so bad. I need a new pool in my backyard. I tell my fans your shit is cool. And if they believe in me they should also believe in you. What's my public rating now? Are they liking me again? They forgot about the whole Beyonce thing right? OK cool."

He did end on a positive message, telling the crowd, "Love one another. The way you love your mother, man. The way you should love her."

According to the site, he was booked and released from Santa Rita Jail in Dublin, Calif. after he allegedly obstructed an officer in the performance of their duties and resisted arrest. Hammer added that he's more worried about what happened at the station.

"My biggest concern ? What was it that they injected into my arm under the guise of a "Skin Test"? #SantaRita #Tuskegee," he tweeted.

Hammer was also upset because he was on his way to San Quentin Friday morning to "congratulate a group of inmates in "The Last Mile."

Earlier this week, Cissy Houston acknowledged in an interview with Oprah that her own relationship with granddaughter Bobbi was not the best.

"Is it true that Bobbi Kristina didn't want you to write this book?" Oprah asked.

"That's what I heard," Cissy replied.

In another interview with TJMS, Cissy said she wanted Bobbi to read the book, but her attempts to get the book to her failed. "No, she hasn't [read it] because I tried to send it to her, and I couldn't get her," she said. "You know. You know how 19 year olds are."

Asked if she's concerned about Bobbi, she responded, "Of course I'm concerned, she's my granddaughter. And I love her very much."

The rapper posted the first single, titled "Started From the Bottom," from his upcoming third album, and explained why he wrote it. "My good friends," he posted on his site. "It has truly been too long. I assume you're all keeping well and making the most of this year that has been given to us. Today is the day to begin sharing my newest work with you. This is the first single off of my upcoming album." ...

He goes on, "I feel sometimes that people don't have enough information about my beginnings and therefore they make up a life story for me that isn't consistent with actual events. My family and my second family (consisting of the best friends anybody could ever have) all struggled and worked extremely hard to make all this happen. Christopher Polk, Getty Images In a little over 24 hours, Beyonce will be gearing up to take the Superdome stage in New Orleans during the Super Bowl halftime show -- something she says she's practiced and rehearsed for months now. "This is the highlight of a career," Beyonce tells "Super Bowl Live." "I just can't imagine how I'm gonna feel when I'm really there, and it's live, and it's all of those people in the Superdome." B was tight-lipped when asked for details of the performance, including how many outfit changes she was planning and if anyone was joining her on stage (it's been reported that her former members from Destiny Child would be singing with her on stage, but Michelle Williams has denied that). "We have to keep certain things a mystery," Beyonce smiles. "It's entertainment." ...

The singer did, however, open up about previous half-time performances that inspired her.

"There are many, but when I decided to do this, I went back and researched every performance I could find on the Internet, so I've seen all of them over and over again," she shares. "And my favorite was probably Prince. Of course, I loved Madonna's, I studied Michael's [Jackson], all of my heroes, they were all great. It's an energy and having that connection with that many people that are people here to have a good time, and to celebrate life."

B says watching past performers helped her to remember what the show was all about.

"The best thing is having fun and engaging the audience," she explains. "Just want to keep it loose, and I don't want to perform by myself, I want everyone involved with me ... I want to give all the fans all the songs they love, but it's only 12 minutes long."

Performing in the Super Dome will be different from how her family usually celebrates the Super Bowl, Beyonce reveals.

"Usually we have all of our friends and we have our drinks," she shares. "Sometimes the women and the men end up separating. We get excited, but the exciting part for me is the halftime show, and I'm happy to be the entertainment for it."

What else makes her happy these days?

"Right now, my family, my husband is incredible, he's so supportive," B says of hubby Jay-Z.

Speaking of their daughter Blue Ivy, she says, "When I wake up in the morning, the best thing in the world is seeing her face. She's starting to talk. It's just such a beautiful time in my life to have a child and every day see something new and see her learn something new. I love it."

Her performance tomorrow night might not be the biggest thing planned for the singer either. During a Super Bowl press conference on Jan. 31, she said regarding touring plans, "I may have an announcement after the [Super Bowl] performance. Fans should just stay tuned to see."

While fans wait for the official announcement, Live Nation's UK site seemed to leak a promotional poster for Beyonce's unconfirmed world tour, titled "The Mrs. Carter Show" (an ode to husband Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter). We'll see if that's confirmed for sure tomorrow.

She's performing at President Obama's inauguration, reuniting with Destiny's Child with a new single and during her Super Bowl halftime performance, plus her HBO documentary, "Life Is But A Dream" debuts on Feb. 16. The singer just released a new trailer for the documentary, which centers around her life and features personal footage, including Beyonce adjusting to her baby bump and other "real" moments. You'll even see one of Blue Ivy's first sonogram pictures! ...

"People see celebrities and they have money and fame, but I'm a human being, I cry, I get scared, I get nervous just like everyone else," Beyonce explains in the trailer.

Frazer Harrison, Getty Images T-Boz has battled a slew of medical conditions, including sickle cell anemia and brain surgery to remove a tumor in 2006. Now, she's opening up about what's been through -- and just how difficult the road has been. In a new interview with CNN, the TLC singer recalled the harrowing day she found out she had a brain tumor. After experiencing constant headaches, the doctor told her it was caused by a tumor, which took her by complete surprise. "I said 'Say huh? Say huh?'" she shares. ...

But T-Boz says she didn't let the news ruin her spirit.

"I had that fight," she told CNN. "I want to live. I didn't have time to die."

Doctors told her the surgery could have many complications, including a stroke, and T-Boz decided on a surgeon in Los Angeles to operate on the tumor. Before the procedure, she had to tell her doctor which motor functions she was willing to sacrifice.

"I had to give the order of what I wanted to be saved," she explains. "So I said my face first, because you couldn't look at me and tell I'm deaf or blind. My hearing second, because I still want to hear and sing and have my speech. And then my balance. So they took my balance completely from the right."

After the surgery, she was left partially blind and deaf, but spent three years in physical therapy. Now, she's regained more of her vision, speech and hearing.

"I had to take three years to heal and fight for everything that I wanted back," she said. "But ... yes, I'm returning."

T-Boz says she just feels lucky to be alive, since her diagnosis was grim.

"I was told I wouldn't live past 30, I would be disabled my whole life and I would never become a mother," she shares with CNN. "My daughter is Chase. She's 12. I've travelled the world in one of the best groups ever. I'm 42 ... I still have a crooked smile and just certain things I deal with, but I'll take all of that to be back here and be Chase's mother ... I am blessed."

The singer is currently starring in her reality show, "Totally T-Boz," and is working on new music with former TLC member Rozonda "Chilli" Thomas.

Facebook After Lil Flip was arrested on Dec. 26 on gun and drug charges, the rapper is ready to fight back, insisting he's innocent. When police pulled him over in Shreveport, La. for speeding and allegedly found marijuana and a Bushmaster AR-15 rifle in his car, he was arrested for speeding, possession of marijuana and possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance. ...

But in a interview with TMZ, he says he was not carrying drugs during the incident and he has a license for his gun -- even sharing his license with the site. He alleges he only had wine-flavored cigars and clove cigarettes on him.

"[I'm] not one of those rappers who would carry drugs on me," he told TMZ. "I know better ... I know they don't mess around in Louisiana and I wouldn't do anything to make me go to the big house. Especially on Christmas night."

He plans on pleading not guilty.
