Well, my song 'Apologize' will sum it all up! I know I've been guilty of it and I'm sure many of you have too! However, sometimes you just have to swallow your pride or ego and say, "I'm sorry." This not only happens in romantic relationships, but also in friendships; you argue or disagree on things, then realize that you might have to apologize for something you said and didn't mean or for something that was hurtful and was only said in the heat of the moment. With this, we must realize that although it's really difficult to apologize at times, it's necessary as it helps us to grow and mature into being able to take someone else's feelings into account. In other words, it's good for the soul! Now, when apologizing for whatever the case may have been, understand what exactly you're apologizing for, as there is nothing worse than making "I'm sorry" an empty habit. Buy 'Love's Crazy' on iTunes.

You can just look over and feel that your girl or man has woken up on the wrong side! Well, I have a song called 'Don't Say It' where it talks about stopping the storm before it comes. In this song, I can tell something is on my girl's mind. Maybe it's me... maybe its something that's bothering her and she's taking it out on me. [He laughs] ... We're all guilty of that! But instead of letting it escalate, you just take a step back and say, "whatever your about to say, please don't say it, I love you and let's just talk it out because we both know we care about each other." ...

A lot of us have a tendency to say things we don't mean and end up having to clean up a mess we really didn't want to make. It's like how the old saying goes "make sure your words are sweet, because you never know when you'll have to eat them!" It's okay to show or tell each other when you don't like something, 'it happens,' but if u really care about someone, you'll find a solution & keep it moving. Remember it's all about compromise! Check out 'Don't Say It' and let me know what you think about it.

Thanks, until next time ... When you're comfortable in your own skin those around you can feel it and see it. Take for example my first single 'So Fly'; it was this summer's anthem and should be the song for YOU ... It's all a state of mind, so keep in mind that when I made this song, I was speaking on your attitude and your state of being... 'So Fly.' For instance, you just got that check or a lil' extra cash in your pocket, so you decide to hit up your boys, go out and have a good time-You're feeling good for that particular moment, day, or even weekend...You're 'So Fly' It doesn't stop there... If you wake up with a "Fly" attitude every day, it doesn't matter what happens, you set the pace for yourself and your day & no one can jeopardize that! In addition, the 'So Fly' attitude gives you a certain confidence that can help influence your decisions and actions. ...

Finally, having a 'So Fly' attitude is a great way to go about life, because if you're feeling good about yourself and have an "I Can" attitude from the moment you wake up and thank God, you're guaranteed a positive outcome!

Remember, being 'So Fly' is a way of life! Until next time...M3 Baby!

Check out the video for 'So Fly' below.

Today, I am checking in with you all to let you know that I'll be spending the next couple of weeks discussing love, relationships and all the issues that arise while in them, and how I've been able to conquer these through my music... So sit tight and enjoy the ride! I named my forthcoming album, 'Love's Crazy' for a reason. It's like a roller coaster you've never been on but are anxiously awaiting to try ... and just like a roller coaster; it seems to affect people regardless of their age, social standing or economic background. Now, don't get it twisted; the latest movies and music videos have made us believe that finding love is an easy task; however, real life experience shows us it's not that simple. Take Joey for instance, he's been checking for this young lady at our local grocery store, but is just too intimidated to approach her, so instead he goes to the grocery store numerous times a week, in hopes of one day mustering up the guts to speak to her. Now, after weeks of doing this, one look at his fridge and kitchen area show a potential dinner for 10 in the making. That's what I mean when I say, 'Love is Crazy.' It makes you do and act in ways you said you never would. ...

Now don't get me wrong ... It's okay to feel and act a bit crazy when you have a crush or are in love. Just don't go overboard and end up in jail over some fatal attraction type business. LOL ... Naw, but for real and in all honesty, relationships and love are a learning process that sometimes require you to pick and choose your battles, have a little patience and always have room to compromise in order to a have positive experience instead of a "this person is really crazy and I can't be with them" experience.

Until next time, take a listen to my track entitled 'Love's Crazy' and feel free to leave any comments or questions, as I'll definitely be checking in with you all!

Listen to 'Love's Crazy'
