Kanye West, Evel Knievel Settle Lawsuit

Kanye West and Evel Knievel have finally squashed their beef. The two settled a federal lawsuit over the use of the motorcycle stuntman's image in the video for West's 'Touch the Sky,' off 2005's 'Graduation.'

The daredevil was not pleased when he saw "Evel Kanyevel" parody his attempt to jump a rocket-powered motorcycle over a canyon in the music video, which featured actresses Pamela Anderson, Nia Long and Tracee Ellis Ross. The 69-year-old claimed the video's "vulgar and offensive" images damaged his reputation.

After a meeting of the minds, which reportedly took place at Knievel's home in Clearwater, Florida, the two sides have reached an agreement they're both pleased with.

"We settled the lawsuit amicably," Knievel told the Associated Press. "I was very satisfied and so was he."

Nelly Developing Multimillion Dollar Athletic Facility

Hip-hop star Nelly is teaming up with NBA guard Larry Hughes to open a multimillion dollar athletic complex in his hometown of St. Louis. The rapper, who single-handedly put Missouri on the hip-hop map, and his company Nelly Inc., are in the early stages of planning, but have already purchased 60 acres of land in northwest St. Louis for the proposed project.

While Nelly works towards developing the athletic center, fans of the multiplatinum artist eagerly await the release of his upcoming album, 'Brass Knuckles,' which has been pushed back ... again.

In the meantime, the rapper is calling out Academy Award-winning actress Halle Berry's role in 'Monster's Ball,' and Essence, an American lifestyle, fashion and entertainment magazine directed towards African-American women in a recent interview with SOHH.com.

"You look at Essence magazine, and they wouldn't put a rapper on the cover," he told SOHH. "They wouldn't put Nelly on the cover of Essence." He adds, "But yet still, you put Halle Berry on the cover. She's had a 15-minute sex scene with some white guy in front of a couch ... I mean you can't tell me that 'Tip Drill' was worse than watching that sex scene between [Billy Bob Thornton] and Halle Berry ... that was longer than four or five minutes."

Raekwon, Ghostface Talk Wu-Tang Clan Beefs

Raekwon aired out recent Wu-Tang Clan beefs with Hot 97 radio personality Miss Info. In the interview, Raekwon claimed Rza is steering the Wu in a direction they aren't comfortable with.

"Rza is trying to create too much of a orchestra ... He's trying to do too much of this guitar s---, like he got a guitar on his f---ing back," Raekwon told Miss Info. "And our whole s--- is that we don't want that and the fans don't know us for that."

Fellow Wu-Tang member Ghostface Killah expressed his own frustrations, which seemed to be more financial than creative, three weeks ago. "It's not based on the members, but the hierarchy at Wu-Tang Clan is on some bulls---. They trying to f--- around and make me push my album back," Ghostface told MTV. "But n----- ain't give us money when we did them Wu-Tang tours."

Recent rifts aside, the Wu will release 'The 8 Diagrams' on December 11. Ghostface's new album, 'The Big Doe Rehab,' drops December 4.

Kanye West Crushes 50 Cent On the Charts

The race is over, and it wasn't even close.

Kanye West sold a staggering 957,000 copies of his 'Graduation' CD last week, according to Neilsen Soundscan, squashing rival 50 Cent, whose 'Curtis' CD sold a respectable but inferior 691,000 copies. The hip-hop titans were embroiled in a friendly battle of words and egos for weeks leading up the Sept. 11 release of their albums, with Fiddy even saying that he would retire if Kanye outsold him. Not only did West win the rap war, he also scored the highest first-week sales of any artist so far this year, topping Linkin Park, who sold 623,000 copies of their 'Minutes to Midnight' CD in May.

"To be a champion, you've got to take out a champion," gloated West to an all-star crowd at GQ's 50th anniversary party hours after his victory was declared. Moments later, he called for his "theme music," then launched into a performance of his new single 'The Good Life.'

"It feels overwhelming," West told the Associated Press earlier in the day. "Everyone is coming up to me and telling me how proud they are of me."

K-Fed Refuses to Sign Divorce Papers

So wait a minute -- Does K-Fed want to stay married to a crotch flashin', Cheeto-munchin' recovering pop star? Or, is the 'PopoZao' papa stepping up and doing what he believes is best for his babies? Nobody but K-Fed knows for sure. Nevertheless, Mr. Spears is refusing to sign divorce papers after reports that Britney's fallen off the wagon.

"Kevin and his lawyer are dragging their heels out of concern over reports of Britney's post-rehab partying," Spears' legal team told PEOPLE. Her team also maintains that Federline is dragging the proceedings out in order to "downsize Britney's access to her kids the next time her behavior troubles him."

If he really is stalling in the best interests of Sean Preston and Jayden James, perhaps we should revise our list of Music's Most Embarrassing Dads. Then again ... three words: 'Playing With Fire.'
