The World Famous Tony Williams

Oklahoma native Tony Williams is actually really modest, his stage name aside. That's just something he had to do to differentiate himself from popular drummer Tony Williams. But this Williams is renowned in his own right. The singer-writer-producer is kin to The Throne's Kanye West and has appeared on every album from College Dropout to My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy. He stepped out on his own a couple years ago to release his debut mixtape, The World Famous Tony Williams: Finding Dakota Grey, a cohesive collection of original songs, remixes and remakes, instantly appealing to a particular soul-loving crowd. In February, Williams finally followed up with the release of his first studio LP, King or the Fool.
