To let Grammy nominations tell the story, Will Smith is the greatest rapper of all time or something (he’s won Grammys five out of eight times he’s been nominated). Don't believe us? Just listen to "Men In Black." The song is practically an updated version of the Patrice Rushen disco classic, “Forget Me Nots.” No, seriously. Listen. Here’s the original. Here’s “Men In Black." And yet, when the original version came out in 1982, no Grammy nomination. Add some Will Smith sheen though, and voila! Grammy gold.
