Leave it to Eminem to fuse government and rap. The Shady Records founder launched a new Sirius Radio channel called Shade 45 in October 2004. To commemorate the moment, he devised the Shady National Convention and called on his friends and rap colleagues 50 Cent and Dr. Dre to take part.
