LL Cool J, who came on the scene as a fresh-faced teenager from Queens back in the 1980s, has tackled the music, TV and business world. Through the years, even with his busy schedule, he still managed to maintain his youthful demeanor. Not always having the tightest physique, he admitted to feeling sluggish, and decided to tighten things up with his trainer Dave "Scooter" Honigh. He became inspired to share his health stories and released the fitness and wellness books with Hognigh called Platinum Workout and Platinum 360 Diet and Lifestyle. At 44, this has allowed him to maintain his vigor.
