While visiting Los Angeles, Cudi and his friends found themselves held at gunpoint -- by the police. After wrapping a magazine shoot, Cudi and his entourage piled into two SUVs, which were quickly pulled over by LAPD. The entire group was handcuffed and ordered to sit on a curb. Apparently, there had been a burglary at a shop nearby, and the crew fit the description -- at first. When the officers realized it to be a case of mistaken identity, they were all released. Cudi showed a bit more restraint than might have been expected in his remarks regarding the incident, saying that "a lot of s--- goes down [in Los Angeles]. And these cops have to use force. So it's like, I understand that they were doing their job. I just wish we weren't in that place at that time."
