D'Angelo's Band Director

Now that D'Angelo is back in the spotlight, fans want to see him in top form. So the crooner's band director knows he has to deliver. This is easier said than done however, being that D'Angelo is the epitome of a perfectionist, which is evident in the fact that his follow-up album to 2002's Voodoo still hasn't been released. We already know the director would have to rework the set over and over, only to end up having D'Angelo going off the cuff and doing his own thing when he finally hits the stage. You gotta love D.
