Former "Pit Bull in a Skirt," Eve is planning a return to the big screen in the Drew Barrymore directorial debut, 'Whip It,' about a beauty pageant contestant turned roller derby diva. The rapper-turned-actress will star alongside Juno star Ellen Page in the comedy/drama based on the Shauna Cross novel 'Derby Girl.' While we're happy to see Eve back on the scene, it would be great if the rap diva released an album.
Eve teased fans with the 2007 Swizz Beatz -produced party track 'Tambourine,' but never released her anticipated comeback album, 'Here I Am,' which was scheduled to hit stores August 2007.
