While DMX ran between Arizona and Florida attempting to evade the authorities, his Valley home was being consistently looted. To add insult to injury, the home, which the police raided in May of 2008, is also in foreclosure. According to reports, thieves have taken advantage of windows and doors blown out by police during the raid. "I think people showed up, walked the house and took what they wanted," Andrew Wheeler, an Arizona real estate agent, told the local news channel.
The troubled rapper purchased the once-glamorous home for $600,000 in 2003. It's currently on the market for $429,000.
In the meantime, X is currently behind bars as he awaits sentencing. Last week, the rapper pleaded guilty to one count of animal cruelty, one count of theft, and one count each of felony possession of marijuana and a narcotic drug. The 38-year-old is scheduled to be sentenced on Jan. 30.

I felt sorry for him until I saw that he is being charged with animal cruelty. Drugs are one thing, but hurting innocent animals is going to far. I just hope he gets smarter and learns what is important in life.

Joey and Joe - I don't know why you don't stick to the comment made about cruelty to animals. This guy was accused of that and not accused of performing an abortion. It seems that so many people think cruelty to animals doesn't matter - in fact I feel that anyone who deliberately harms an animal that always shows loyalty to its master is just a cruel human being and doesn't think it matters.
