In the midst of canceling the Canadian stops of his America's Most Wanted Tour yesterday, Lil Wayne delivered some less troublesome news when he finally confirmed that actress Lauren London will be the mother of his third child. Wayne appeared on Los Angeles' Power 106 to talk music, but after a probe from 106's disc jockey Fuzzy, Wayne let spill that the rumors swirling around were true."[Lauren] is very fine, sexy, [and] very pregnant, yes," Wayne said, without hesitation. "That's not rumors, that's a kid! That's a child, a life! You don't hide from that."
Although the status of his relationship with the ATL actress was never clear, the two have been seen out and about together. When London appeared at Diddy's 4th of July White Party sporting a baby bump, the rumor mill picked up considerable speed.
The baby will be London's first child, but will be the third addition to Wayne's Lil Carter clan, following his daughter Reginae and son Dwayne Michael Carter III. Weezy is also said to be the father of expectant R&B singer Nivea's baby. If true, this would bring Lil Wayne's baby daddy tally up to four.
When Fuzzy offered his congratulations on the now official news, Wayne responded with a sincere, "Thank you."
