Youngbloodz Member Sean P Arrested for Disorderly Conduct

Sean PRapper Sean P, one half of the hip-hop group Youngbloodz, was arrested for disorderly conduct at a nightclub Monday (Dec. 21). The episode took place at the Tongue and Groove in northwestern Atlanta, where the rapper was throwing a party to commemorate the release of his mixtape 'Cornerstore'.

Although complete details have yet to be released, according to the Fulton County Sheriff's Office, Sean P appeared in court the following morning and faces a felony charge. He was also hit with battery charges that were later dropped.

Born Sean Paul Joseph, the 30-year-old and his group member J-Bo, are best known for the hit 'Damn' produced by Lil John. Released in 2003, the song peaked at No. 4 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts. As a solo artist, Sean P is reportedly working on a full-length album and has appeared on tracks for R&B singer Sammie, as well as John and Cherish.

When it comes to music, it should be music not scratching a record and spitting. Words sound better if they are sang instead of talked through, and people should be able to understand some of the words that are sang.

Hmmm. In my opinion, "Words sound better if they are talked through instead of sang." So where does that leave us? I say again: "The arrogance of the White race has no boundaries whatsoever."

This must be the spam page. I wish they would label it better so we would know not to open it.

Considering the fact that black musicians have always been such great innovators (and singers) in American music (jazz, rock n roll, the blues, and gospel all originated with blacks) I'm always amazed at the popularity of hip hop and rap. Does anyone out there believe Nat King Cole, Count Basie, Duke Ellington, Muddy Waters, or Jimi Hendrix-to name a few-- would like this crap if they were still living?

I take nothing away from the musicians you mentioned. They were indeed great. However, these few were able to cross over to White mainstream America. In other words, since White people approved of them, than their art is deemed "music." But only b/c White people approved.(lol)

But the majority of African American, many Latinos, & some Whites contend that Hip Hop is also music. But of course, since the "Almighty White Race" says that it's not music, than I guess it's not...right?

I swear, the arrogance of the White race has no boundaries whatsoever. If it not YOUR type of music, than it's not music at all.(lol) Who made your race the standard that ALL races should aspire to be like?

And while we're at it, let's flush the racist WHITE PEOPLE who tend to judge an entire race based on the actions of some. Is that a deal?
