While Beyonce wraps up the South American leg of her I Am... world tour, the songstress is catching some heat in Europe for her latest single, 'Video Phone,' which features Lady Gaga. Officials in Germany have issued an official ban against the video based on claims of copyright infringement from underwear brand, Triumph. The company filed a lawsuit against Sony, alleging that in the video Beyonce dons an obvious copy of one of their original pieces created by designer Iskren Lozanov. The case was reviewed by Germany's 7th Civil Chamber of the Landgericht Munich, before the courts ruled in favor of Triumph. Sony attempted to fight the copyright infringement claim, explaining that Beyonce's costumes were inspired by Picasso designs, but their efforts were to no avail. Sony is now barred from distributing and airing 'Video Phone' in Germany.
Beyonce kicked off her South American tour in Brazil on Feb. 4.
