Diddy to Commemorate Biggie's Death With Brooklyn Performance
Bad Boy CEO Sean "Diddy" Combs will bring his new group Dirty Money to Brooklyn this March for a special performance to commemorate the anniversary of the death of the Notorious B.I.G. Diddy and his crew will perform in Biggie's hometown of Bed-Stuy on March 9. The performance will mark the 13th anniversary of Biggie's death.
Few details have been released about the show, but it will be Dirty Money's first performance in Brooklyn and Hot 97's Mister Cee will on be on hand to DJ the event. Tickets are currently priced at $30 and they can be purchased at Inticketing.com. Dirty Money includes former Danity Kane member Dawn Richard, singer Kaleena and Diddy himself. During a recent interview with Tim Westwood, the Bad Boy Mogul announced that he and his group members would make themselves available to perform as opening acts for any interested artists. The stunt is designed to build anticipation for upcoming albums, including Diddy's long-delayed 'Last Train To Paris.'
The Notorious B.I.G. was murdered in a drive-by shooting in Los Angeles on March 9, 1997.
