Multi-talented singer D'Angelo was arrested on Saturday, March 6, after soliciting oral sex from an undercover police officer in New York City, according to the New York Post.
The 'Brown Sugar' singer -- who'd previously been arrested for drug possession and driving under the influence -- allegedly offered the policewoman $40 to perform oral sex on him. D'Angelo was reportedly driving alone through New York's West Village with $12,000 cash in his SUV before stopping to pick up policewoman, whom he assumed was a prostitute.
The 36-year-old singer was arrested in his Range Rover at 2:30 AM and charged with solicitation.D'Angelo has yet to release a statement.
