Ludacris Hits the Streets to Stress Importance of Census

Ludacris teamed with the U.S. Census Bureau to rally citizens across the country to fill out and mail back their Census form. The Atlanta-based rapper took his mission to heart and hit the streets of New York, knocking on doors to educate and encourage people to return the form. The deadline for returning the 2010 form was April 16, 2010, but all those who failed to return the form should expect a Census taker to knock on their door to collect the necessary information.

Watch Ludacris as he, along with his daughter, takes the "Luda on the Block" tour to New York and continues his quest to inform people about the importance of the 2010 Census.

I am very glad to see Ludacris hit the streets for a good cause. So many rappers are labeled and looked at wrong in our society. They are judged as gangster and hoodlums around the world. This proves to the world that most rappers are good hearted, hard working human beings, who contributes well in our society, who have families and sings rap songs which most people do not understand, but it's beautiful peotry of lyrics made into songs. Keep up the good work Luda!
