Lil Boosie Threatens D.A. Via Song

New Orleans rapper Lil Boosie "Bad Azz" continues to make questionable choices.

The incarcerated rapper was indicted Thursday on first-degree murder and drug charges, and was originally sent to prison for violating the terms of his parole when he was caught with marijuana and leaving house arrest to attend the BET Awards. Now Boosie is in hot water for threatening East Baton Rouge District Attorney Hillar Moore.

On the song 'F--- 'Em All' from Boosie's mixtape 'Gone Til December,' which was released in April, the father of six raps that Moore will "be dead when I come out of jail," and refers to Moore as impotent, "gay" and an "old b-----."

"F--- the D.A. and the prosecutors they all devils/ Talk that smack we get you back/ We all rebels," raps Boosie. "Your racist a-- is going to hell/ You'll probably be dead when I come out of jail ya old b---- Your d--- can't even get hard no more, b--ch you need to die/ And the prosecutor's gay/ I see that from a mile away," he continues.

The D.A. said that he read the song's lyrics, but wasn't concerned by Boosie's threats. "I've read what he said, I've never listened to it. I can't be deterred, I think it's part of my job," Moore told the local news. "I guess he has the right to say whatever he wants to say."

Boosie was indicted Thursday for the shooting death of 35-year old Baton Rouge resident Terry Boyd and for attempting to smuggle ecstasy, marijuana and codeine into his prison. He is also under investigation for his role in five other murders, including the death of rival rapper Nussie.

If convicted, Boosie could face the death penalty.

I don't think it's very smart to talk that way when he's facing those kinds of charges. It just makes him look bad. I mean sure he has the right to say them, it just may not be the brightest thing in the world to do so.
