Ciara Admits to Spending $11K a Month on Shoes

Ciara has a secret habit. The 'Ride' vixen, whose controversial new video has stirred up a quite a scandal, had admitted that she is addicted to buying shoes.

In the latest issue of Pride magazine, Ciara revealed that she spends "about $11,000 a month" on her addiction, and owns "maybe a thousand pairs" of shoes. "When I go shopping, my most extravagant purchases are normally going to be shoes," she told Pride. "I just love shoes and go for what's hot. I like everything from Louboutin and Dr Martens to Versace and Fendi."

According to the Atlanta singer, her habit isn't that out of control. "A person should always be able to afford to buy extravagant shoes," she says. "It depends on the items, but, on an average shopping trip I probably spend a minimum of $1,200. It's not that bad! On average, I will spend about $11,000 a month [on shoes]."

Look out, Imelda Marcos! Ciara's on her shoe game, and she's gunning for you -- though it'll take her about 20 years.

Some of you are truly ignorant. It humors me that everytime a black celebrity has an article written about them, all the racists come out. You guys are just plain ol' haters. Anyway.....

CC is a young, beautiful black woman. Buy your shoes girl!

It her hard earned money. She not responsible for anyone's homelessness. She didn't create their problem and is not obligation to solve it. She's spending on what she likes. The hypocrites think it's bad, because they don't have like that. One thing is for sure, when she leaves this earth, she ain't taking one penny with her....might as well enjoy it while she's here.

'11K' on shoes? Now if I download her music from a 'torrent site' I won't feel guilty. If she has that money to waste, she won't miss a couple of thousand (maybe 11 thousand) people get her music for free. If she can waste that on shoes, she doesn't need anymore!

Ridiculous, when people are losing there homes and people can barely feed there children. These people that waste money on the stupidest things and are so into what others think makes me sick. You leave this world with nothing just like the way you come in. I think celebrities that pay 400,000 on a car are just trying to keep up with the Jones, that's all. If they only knew how ridiculous they are and know they will be broke in a few years like all the other Sports and music people that are all washed up. Who would think Scottie Pippen would be Bankrupt? My God Bless him and his family because I am sure he never thought he did either. I hope people learn from his mistakes but I am sure it wont be Ciara.
