"I regret not going into film production faster," 50 told Vibe. 'I [have] an interest in the storytelling process in filmmaking, but I never really allowed myself to go into it with the same type of focus and excitement that I do with music.'
But 50, who stars as a drug-peddler in the recent Joel Schumacher-directed 'Twelve,' seems to be making up for lost time. This year alone, the entertainment mogul will appear in a staggering ten films set for theater and home release. Of his upcoming flicks, Fifty will appear in '13,' 'Jekyll and Hyde,' 'Vengeance and 'Morning Glory,' the latter a comedy where he will cameo as himself.
The rapper-turned-actor made his theatrical debut in the 2005 crime drama 'Get Rich or Die Tryin',' the semi-autobiographical pic derived from his 2003 solo album of the same name. Since then, he has appeared only in a few films, including 'Righteous Kill' alongside Robert De Niro and Al Pacino.
