The Harlem-born executive and Polo Grounds Music CEO was arrested after being observed driving "erratically" by police, on the Upper West Side. Conducting a routine search, the officers found a .380 Kel-Tec handgun loaded with hollow-point bullets in his 2006 Bentley Continental.
In addition to founding the J Records-distributed record label, Polo Grounds Music -- home of artists like Pitbull, Yo Gotti, Hurricane Chris, Diamond and many more -- the 41-year-old Leach is also known for signing acts like Lil Jon and the Ying Yang Twins to now-defunct label TVT records.
Leach has two previous weapons arrests under his belt, having been busted for possessing brass knuckles and a loaded gun in the past. He is currently being charged with criminal possession of a weapon and reckless driving.
