The Twitter beef began when Handler dissed Carey's hubby Nick Cannon during the opening monologue of the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards in September. A month later, Handler was back at it when she tweeted, "I just heard nick cannon is starting a comedy tour. Who's going to do the comedy?" Shortly thereafter, Cannon responded: "Everyone knows @Chelseahandler had sex with the head of E! for her show. So when its canceled does he get residual p---- for the reruns?" Zing.
According to reports, Carey will fraternize with the enemy and sit down with Handler on Nov. 3. 'Merry Christmas II You' hits stores on Nov. 2.
