The Philly rapper, who is one half of the duo Young Gunz, was in the middle of a performance at S.O.B.'s nightclub in Manhattan's West Village, when he suffered from a sudden seizure. The unconscious rapper was admitted to a nearby hospital, where he was treated and eventually released. He took to Twitter early Thursday morning to let fans know that he was in good shape. "Thank you for all the prayers!!!!!" he wrote. "I'm good."
The performance was a part of Hot 97 and Kodak's popular 'Who's Next' concert series. Young Gunz and Lloyd Banks took the stage to open up for Alabama rapper Yelawolf, who performed songs from his 'Trunk Muzik: 0-60' mixtape. During the show, Young Chris tackled tracks from his latest mixtape, 'The Re-Introduction' and performed the Young Gunz hit 'Can't Stop, Won't Stop', which you can watch below (via KarenCivil.com.)
