Scarface in Jail Since October for Failing to Pay Child Support

Though the story has been kept quiet for months, it has now been confirmed that legendary Texas rapper Scarface was arrested in October of last year, and has been imprisoned for almost four months for failing to pay child support.

According to XXL, a representative for the Montgomery County Jail in Texas has confirmed that the Geto Boys founder was arrested on Oct. 13, and is still incarcerated for failing to pay child support in four seperate cases. The charges were filed in Montgomery County, Harris County, Fort Lynn County and Missouri. In additional to the child support charges, Face is also facing undisclosed federal charges, and is being held without bail. His Twitter account has been inactive since Sept. 25, 2010.

The 40-year-old Houston native was hard at work on his twelfth album, 'The Habit,' which was said to include features by John Legend and Drake. His reps have yet to release a statement regarding his incarceration.

You can take the "boy" out of the ghetto but you can't take the ghetto out of the "boy". I wonder why these no talent sob's think that the world owes them something. Even when they can afford it they'd rather that the taxpayers raise their illigitamite offspring.

My ex owed me 152,000.00. Detroit (Wayne County) never did anything to him. In fact, when arrested they'd let him go without Bail (or bond). The system is messed up and as usual the children pay for it.

I'm so sick of men and women who refuse to support their children and then go on to have more with someone else! Some people should not be allowed to procreate!

I work for the Friend if the Court in Detroit Mi and this is so typical of those people who have money and don't want to pay their obligations to the children. Disgusting!!! Keep hin in jail and put a lien on his assets

He needs to be a man and pay for his kids. No excuses or BS. Be a man! Also, why are we men getting the exlusive on dead beats. More women skip on child support than me. We just never presue them

Sounds like the women were looking for a free ride, kids are the ones who end up suffering and being pawns. I work with a guy who has to work 3 jobs to pay support for 2 kids. The funny part is my ex-daughter-in-law has never supported her kids. Well, she has changed states when I get a court order. Now she pays $25. a month for 2 kids, and only pd. it when she was threatened with jail.
The oldest graduates this year, so that tells you how much she cares about her kids.. She refuses to work.. I work to support the kids.. In total she has paid a grand total of $25..lol. Gotta love it..
