Lil' Kim Decapitates Nicki Minaj on $9.99 'Black Friday' Mixtape

Amazon

Lil' Kim kept her word to meet the Valentine's Day deadline for her new mixtape 'Black Friday,' but anyone looking to feed their hard drive with new heat were greeted with a surprise. Dropping the tape early yesterday evening, the Queen Bee tweeted a link to a PayPal account to purchase the offering for $9.99, surprising fans who expected the street CD to be a freebie.

Despite slapping a price tag on the tape, the Brooklyn diva sweetened the incentive by promising that the first 100,000 copies sold will arrive in the mailbox with an autograph. Kim also shocked the Internet with the graphic cover image for the 'tape, boasting an old picture Photoshopped to have her brandishing a blood-soaked sword and a headless portrait of Nicki Minaj, insinuating her decapitation.

For those leery of forking over the dough to purchase the tape, Kimmy Blanco also released the full-length version of her track 'Pissin' on 'Em,' which sees her firing shots at Minaj over her instrumental from the track 'Did It on 'Em.' The song features gruff lyrics about holding the female rap crown, as well as Kim reconfiguring rhymes from the original tune.

'Black Friday' is Kim's second mixtape release to date, following 2008's 'Ms. G.O.A.T.' The tape featured previously released tracks from her oeuvre, as well as reconfigurations of classics from female rappers including Lauryn Hill's 'Lost Ones' and Lady of Rage's 'Afro Puffs.'

For those of us who grew up on Lil Kim we already know her "gansterism". This bubble gum music that the "kids" listen to nowadays (including Nicki Minanoo) will never have the street cred like real ganster/hip hop artists have. Let Nicki enjoy her 15mts of fame, once the wigs, body implants and computer generated voice wears off, so will she. Queen B, you'll always be hip hop's #1 BITCH! (even tho you fuked you face up with that plastic surgery, damn you Queen!)

There has never been a relevant female rapper that has the respect nicki does. Nicki is in demand and has regularly collaborated with respectable artists, particularly the best rappers alive today. How many female rappers get the opportunity to be featured on songs with Fabolous, Jay z, Eminem, Kanye west, Drake, Ludacris, Weezy and Jadakiss as a fairly new artist? Jadakiss was on BadBoy with Kim and they don't have a single song together that I know besides the hook she did on money power respect and she didn't even write that part. You know you're not that good when no one credible cares to work with you. Talented artist do not have that problem. The more music Kim puts out, the more she reminds people of how she is talentless she is. Her word play, delivery, style and lyrics are consistently weak. Also it helps that Nicki has good looks and her own style. Lil Kim's version of having style is walking around with a thong and a seashell on one of her breast. Its high time that she just hangs it up. The bad plastic surgery, the jailtime, hooters outfits and horrible rapping mean your career has tanked and its time to stop.
