Tru Life Accepts Plea Deal, 10-Year Prison Stint for Murder

According to reports, rapper Tru Life has accepted a plea deal for second-degree murder charges stemming from a 2009 fatal stabbing of a man outside an apartment building in New York City's Murray Hill neighborhood.

Under the agreement, Tru, real name Robert Rosado, will carry out a 10-year sentence as punishment. His brother, Marcus Rosado, who served as his accomplice, will serve 12 years for the crime. Tru was originally to be tried for first-degree murder, and the sentence actually factors in their cooperation in admitting to the crime. Both men, under the deal, will not be allowed to appeal.

Back in 2009, Tru and his brother got into a brawl with two other men at the New York City nightclub Pacha, that later spilled into the early hours outside a Murray Hill apartment. In the end, Christopher Guerrero was stabbed to death, while the other man was hospitalized.

Tru, previously signed to Jay-Z's Roc-A-Fella, released two studio albums -- 'Cryin' Out Loud' and 'Ghetto Inmates' -- thus far. He is mostly known for his beefs with Dipset to Mobb Deep.

Article states:
Tru was originally to be tried for first degree murder, and the sentence actually factors in their cooperation in admitting to the crime. Both men under the deal will not be allowed to appeal.
What's wrong with this picture?
1st: They admit to the crime so time gets knocked off their sentence.
2nd: The guy who actually commited the murder gets two years less than his accomplice who received 12 years.
3rd: Though they will not be allowed to appeal, they will be out on probation in half the time and the scumbags will be back on the street.
4th: Nice Yankee hat. If it wasn't for thug rappers the New York Yankees wouldn't have any fans!

Why didn't the dirtbag get the needle or life
Because our justice system is sadly wanting an overhaul. Ten years for murder is not justice..........
