Bambaataa, who once negatively compared contemporary hip-hop to a "$200 sneaker and butts shaking all over the place," has designed two sneakers for his line. The first sneaker is a hi-top called the Convert, and is available in a green, black and red colorway to match the Pan-African flag. The other show is a mid shoe dubbed the 99 Vulc, which comes in Wiz Khalifa's favorite colors, black and yellow.
Both pairs feature suede, patent leather and Nubuck materials, with UZN inscribed on the heel, and "Zulu Nation" on the sole. The kicks can be seen here. While Bam's t-shirt designs have yet to be revealed, he has reportedly produced three different styles, set to drop in Spring of 2011.
