It's Necro's first role on the big screen and the offensive MC is taking things mighty seriously. He's enrolled at the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute -- a famous school where actors like Al Pacino have built and brushed-up on their skills. Talking to AllHipHop.com, Necro discussed his journey to feature films.
"I had a fun time filming this movie because the directors let me do a lot of improv and that opens the door to classic lines and realistic scenes," Necro said. "This is just the start of my acting career, I have been pushing for the last 2 years paying dues, from Monologue Slams to NYFA student films, to cable TV shows and now small feature films. In 5+ years you will see me in some big major films, right now I'm paying my dues."
The only clip to emerge from the movie thus far features Necro beating up on a room of junkies. Looks like the king of horrorcore is keeping his values straight while he transitions to movies.
