According to TMZ, the sex tape is legitimate, which they can confirm after the hawker approached them about a potential sale and showed them some of the video. The gossip site claims that "the people in the video are both givers," and that it's possible that the tape was stolen out of his car after a December 2009 break-in when more than $1 million in jewelry and electronics were pinched. The tape may have been included as a file on one of two laptops nabbed in the theft.
While some have accused Foster as the person trying to sell the tape, she has already released a statement claiming that she has nothing to do with it. "Would I sanction a sex tape being out? Absolutely not," she said to The YBF. "I am a mother and entrepreneur. Sex tapes or pornography would not be my lane. I have no desire to be seen in that way."
Usher and Tameka wed in August 2007, conceiving two children during their marriage. The two called off their nuptials after filing for divorce in June 2009, revealing that they had been separated for almost a year.
