As of now, additional performers on the bill include TV on the Radio, Das Racist, Fleet Foxes and Gang Gang Dance. Past hip-hop performers at the event have included Big Boi, Pharoahe Monch and Freddie Gibbs.
Curren$y, who inked a new deal Warner Bros. Records in March, announced this week that he plans to release five new projects within the year, including three retail albums and at least two mixtapes. The first mixtape, 'Covert Coup,' will be available for download on Wednesday (April 20) and his sixth studio album, 'Muscle Car Chronicles,' is currently set to arrive on May 3.
Odd Future's Pitchfork Festival appearance will be preceded by a set of national tour dates for the group. Following a lackluster performance at the Coachella Music & Arts Festival this past weekend, they will set off on a 17-date jaunt across the U.S. that will hit cities such as New York, Detroit and Boston.
The Pitchfork Music Festival, now in its sixth year, will run from July 15-17 at Chicago's Union Park.
