Holding court alongside Oprah Winfrey, Justin Bieber, Joe Biden, Michelle Obama, Amy Poehler, Mark Zuckerberg and more, the 'Just the Way You Are' hitmaker is included in the elite list, with 'Nothin' on You' collaborator B.o.B penning the article on why Mars should be considered as one of the most influential figures in the world.
"There's something different about Bruno Mars. He has a musicality, a presence in his voice that I've never heard from anyone else," wrote Bobby Ray. "Bruno, 25, is part of this new wave of musicians who can do everything: sing, play, write, produce. When he performs live, nothing is prerecorded or fudged."
B.o.B reminisced on recording their smash 'Nothin' on You,' interpreting their sessions as a testament to his abilities. 'We needed only two sessions to record 'Nothin' on You.' But when we perform live is when you really see our chemistry in action,' he continued. 'Bruno has so many things open to him now, so many doorways he can walk through. Even I don't know what he'll be up to next.'
The newcomer, born Peter Gene Hernandez, has found success with last year's gold-certified 'Doo-Wops & Hooligans,' which spawned the singles 'Grenade' and 'Just the Way You Are.' He is currently on tour in preparation for his summer trek with Janelle Monae.
