Things didn't stop there. As if taking a note from rocker Tommy Lee -- known for doing a flip mid-air on his drum kit during Motley Crue concerts -- Cee Lo proved that he could defy gravity and feared nothing as he was hoisted, along with the piano and the chair he was sitting on, up above the MGM Grand stage and spun 360 degrees.
The psychedelic soul man sang a medley of his hits, beginning with the Gnarls Barley track, 'Crazy.' "Ladies and gentlemen. My name is Cee Lo Green, your entertainment for the evening," he announced, not lying. "Oh yeah! Get off those asses and jam!" After a quick bit of his latest single 'Bright Lights Big City,' Cee Lo transformed 'Forget You' into a jam perfect for a Saturday night at Studio 54 in the late '70s ... and he did it all upside down.
