Outlawz' Noble Says Tupac Knew Dexter Isaac Was Gunman

On Wednesday (June 15), prison inmate Dexter Isaac confessed that he was the gunman in the infamous 1994 Quad Studios robbery and shooting of Tupac Shakur, naming Game's manager, Jimmy "Henchmen" Rosemond as the mastermind behind the bloody incident.

On the 40th anniversary of Tupac's birth (June 16), the BoomBox spoke with 'Pac protégé Young Noble, of the Outlawz -- the group the 'All Eyez On Me' creator formed shortly before his death -- regarding the confession and Rosemond's participation in the notorious shooting.

"I dont think he's just putting it out there for no reason, just to do it. Dude doing life in prison," Noble tells the BoomBox of Isaac's impetus for confessing to the crime. "Honestly, 'Pac knew what the hell happened. It's just now dude comin' out and saying like, 'Yo, I did it,' but 'Pac said that s--- when he was alive. Now you got this dude [Isaac] coming out and basically confirming what 'Pac said. It's nothin' that we didn't know. Now it's just reopening that can of worms, 'cause they got whatever they got goin' on. They turnin' on each other, it's just s-- hitting the fan."

Tupac called Rosemond out his 1996 Makaveli track 'Against All Odds,' spitting, "And did I mention/ Promised a payback, Jimmy Henchmen, in due time/ I know you bitch
n----- is listenin', 'The World is Mine'/ Set me up, wet me up, n----- stuck me up/ Heard the guns bust, but you tricks never shut me up." However, despite 'Pac's accusations, Compton rapper Game later signed with Rosemond's Czar Entertainment management company.

"I felt like Game was doing what he had to do for his career," the Outlawz rapper judiciously concedes, of the 'Pac fan's decision to work with his rival. "It wasn't his choice to make a business decision based on something that happened to 'Pac in 1994. I'm sure now, with it all comin' out like that, I'm sure he probably feel some kind of way about it."

Regarding the fallout from Isaac's explosive confession, Noble claims that there will be further shots before the dust settles.

"I think a lot more information is going to be coming out," he said. "I love it. I want the truth to come out. Any extra sneaky s--- or whatever going on, yeah, y'all motherf-----s tell what the hell's going on, man. Let the world know the motherf---in' real deal. These dudes is gone. 'Pac and Big is gone, and they fans and they families is still mourning, and there's still no closure to these dudes' murders. So even dude [Isaac] comin' out and sayin', 'I did that,' and 'Yeah, old boy had something to do with that,' that's closure on that part. Now everybody know that's what happened. This is the dude that was involved."

The Outlawz' new album 'Perfect Timing' is scheduled for a September 13, 2011 release, in honor of the 15th anniversary of Tupac's death.

I wonder if there could be a link between the incident in New York and Las Vegas.
